3. Proprietary architecture & methodology
The following architectural and methodological elements are proprietary intellectual property of AssetShop LLC. Public disclosure on AssetShop properties is for transparency, customer trust, and verifiable trust signaling; it does not constitute a license to copy, implement, or commercialize:
- Tamper-evident audit chain architecture: the combination of canonical event serialization (sorted-key JSON), SHA-256 chained event hashing, Merkle-root batch construction, Layer-2 anchoring, and open-source verification CLI as a unified read-only intelligence pattern on top of unmodified enterprise systems of record.
- Anonymized feedback loops architecture: the specific composition of (i) per-tenant EWMA threshold adaptation with operator-set hard bounds, (ii) K-anonymity floor enforcement on cross-tenant aggregates, (iii) Laplace differential-privacy noise calibrated to disclosed epsilon, (iv) per-aggregate-definition daily query budget, and (v) audit-chain anchoring of every aggregate egress — as a unified service-improvement pattern.
- 4-tier founder continuity custody chain: the specific structuring of designated successor → lawyer (credential escrow) → IP escrow firm → customer CTO custodian, with anchor-wallet 2-of-2 multi-sig recovery and contractually-bound MSA §14 / §15 / Exhibit J / DPA §11 references.
- BYO-AI / data-prep first framing: the positioning of AssetShop as the data-preparation layer (canonical schema, field-level provenance, SHA-256 anchoring) on top of which the customer's chosen AI provider operates, with the customer's AI policy as the enforcement boundary.
- Lazy adapter activation registry: the 6-state activation ladder (not_activated → requested → configured → active → degraded → suspended) with 3-failure escalation, applied to ERP adapter portfolios for operational cost control.
- ERPAdapter contract design: the specific interface (health/shutdown lifecycle, normalization with field-level provenance via
MappedValue.provenance.erpField, calibration label as data) applied across a portfolio of enterprise system adapters. - Calibration discipline framework: the specific use of three honest labels (BUILT_OPERATING / BUILT_INTEGRATING / SCAFFOLD_CODED) applied per-capability and per-adapter as a public disclosure ledger, with associated standing-rule contracts (lying-in-the-ledger is a contractual breach).
- Outcome warranty / Day 90 binary determination: the contractual structure binding pilot-fee refundability to a customer-validated, time-bound binary determination at Day 90, with anchored audit-chain evidence of all signals contributing to the determination.
- Trust-signal architecture across ENS surfaces: the placement, composition, and inter-linking of "on-chain verifiable / continuity published / honest calibration" trust signals as a unified pre-empt-procurement-objection design pattern.
This non-exhaustive list is updated as architectural elements are refined. Each is proprietary; some are eligible for trade-secret protection, others for patent protection, others for copyright protection on the implementation. All rights reserved.
4. Defensive publication declaration
The following methods, while disclosed publicly for verifiable trust and customer transparency, are declared as defensive publication by AssetShop LLC. The intent of this declaration is to establish the methods as prior art with a verifiable timestamp (the ENS publication record + Base L2 anchor of each disclosure), preventing any third party from later obtaining a patent on these specific compositions:
- The verify-cli verification method: the use of an open-source command-line tool to compare a local audit-chain hash sequence against a public Layer-2-anchored Merkle root, where the tool is licensed under MIT and the method is published on a permissionless web property. Published 2025; updated 2026-05-25 in this notice.
- The anonymized feedback aggregate publication method: the composition of K-anonymity floor + Laplace differential privacy + categorical-schema-whitelist filter + per-day per-aggregate-definition query budget + audit-chain anchoring on every egress, applied to multi-tenant SaaS feedback. Published 2026-05-25 in this notice and in F-18 (Feedback Data Processing Addendum).
- The 4-tier continuity custody chain method: the composition of designated successor + lawyer escrow + IP escrow + customer CTO custodian, with 2-of-2 anchor multi-sig recovery, published as a counter-procurement-objection disclosure. Published 2026-05-25 in this notice and in F-17 (Founder Continuity Plan).
AssetShop LLC reserves all rights to file patent applications on any patentable subject matter not declared as defensive publication.
