AssetShop LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the AssetShop SCO Service to do the same. This DMCA Policy explains how to notify AssetShop of alleged copyright infringement on the Service.
Notification of alleged infringement
If you believe that material on the Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent containing the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed, with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you (address, telephone number, and, if available, electronic mail).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-notification
If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification per 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) including a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error.
Repeat infringers
In appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, AssetShop may disable or terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
